Our training programs are designed to improve all components of sports performance including explosiveness, acceleration, speed, power, stability and balance.

Our training programs are specifically designed to address the entire athlete, including physical and mental performance.

Our training programs are designed for athletes of all ages with emphasis on technique, efficiency of movement, injury prevention, motor learning and control. Many programs put you into a set routine to develop your performance. If your movement is inefficient, you get strength and speed of inefficient movements. This can limit your true potential and ultimately lead to potential injury.

At Performance UNLIMITED, we look at your mechanics first. Efficiency of movement is the key to any athletic performance. Corrections to movement have an immediate response to your athletic performance. Immediate results mean immediate improvement. By correcting these issues first, you set the stage for optimal improvement. We then devise a specific program to improve your particular area of sports with emphasis on Efficient Postural Positioning which is the control of the trunk involving the lower abdominals, back, gluts, and shoulders. This control will then allow the muscles to work to their peak potential.

Comprehensive Performance Training

  • Designed to improve all sports performance with emphasis on overall speed, acceleration, explosiveness, power, stability, balance, strength, and control

Running Mechanics

  • Training for the developmental and established runner with emphasis on improving techniques to eliminate awkward movements and promote efficient running mechanics for progression to sports performance and training.
  • Training is performed in sequential, easy to understand format.

Throwing Mechanics

  • Training for maximized velocity from drive of leg, trunk involvement, to release.

ACL Prevention Training

  • Training female and male athletes of the most common causes of ACL tears and the areas to strengthen and control to prevent them.
