At Performance UNLIMITED, we perform a comprehensive assessment of our clients before beginning a program to establish your unique baseline. This includes height, weight, body fat, girth measures, and body mass index (BMI). This also includes assessing your flexibility, strength and cardiovascular endurance as well as your particular movement patterns allowing us to customize a program that meets your particular needs and goals.
Programs can be performed in individual sessions, with a partner or in a group.
